For 18 years, specifically established Commissions of inquiry have been attempting to respond to thousands of cases of serious illnesses and deaths among Italian military personnel, investigating their causes and taking into account the exposure to multiple risk factors.

All doubts have been cast away: prophylactic vaccination is among the pathogenic factors that have triggered this alarming situation in the Italian Army. During its investigation campaign, the IV Parliamentary Commission examined the cases in which vaccination led to adverse reactions, with the onset of autoimmune and neoplastic diseases occurring in a portion of the military population not subjected to risk factors except those associated with vaccination.

The report ends by stating: “In the light of the evidence collected, the Commission confirms the existence of a statistically significant relation between neoplastic and lymphoproliferative diseases and other diseases (e.g. autoimmune diseases), and the administration of vaccines, according to the provisions of military prophylactic vaccination. The Commission believes that a causal link cannot be excluded.

The vaccines analysed reveal that there are 14 toxic or potentially toxic components and 22 components, causing allergic phenomena contained in the adjuvants, excipients and contaminants. Furthermore, these also contain biological contaminants – i.e. viruses, bacteria, mycoplasmas and mycobacteria, as well as human foetal DNA and animal DNA – which originate from the biological tissues of vaccine culture.

As for the Armed Forces, the Parliamentary Commission recommends the administration of monovalent and single-dose vaccines and no more than 5 vaccines administered simultaneously, in accordance with the precautionary principle, thus confirming the need of:

accurate pre-vaccinal examinations

personalized risk assessment

long-term periodic monitoring of each vaccinated individual.

The final report of the Parliamentary Commission containing the results of the studies, was immediately sent to the “Istituto Superiore di Sanità” (National Health Institute, under the supervision of the Ministry of Health) and made available to the Scientific Community.

The president of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry “Depleted Uranium”, Gian Piero Scanu – believes that the protection of the health of military personnel is a top priority and that the topics discussed in the report do not only regard Italy and should be placed at the attention of the European Parliament. He recently sent a letter to the President of the European Parliament, Antonio Tajani and to all the presidents of the European parliamentary groups that contains the findings of the Commission’s work as stated in the final report.

We believe that the topics covered and the results of the analyses performed by the Commission are of international relevance.

It must be kept in mind that the vaccines adopted by the Italian Armed Forces are the same ones administered to the civilian population and, in particular, to children. Furthermore, the vaccines marketed in Italy are the same ones commercialised around the world.

Let us not forget that many countries widely impose vaccination by law, which indiscriminately affects the entire paediatric population up to the age of adolescence and beyond. In many countries, children are denied access to educational and schooling services if they do not fully comply with the required vaccination, and families are subjected to hefty penalties.

Can we allow large-scale trials directly on children or military personnel when the concept of “mass vaccination” goes against the precautionary principle?

Concealing the important findings concluded by an Italian GOVERNMENTAL BODY that highlight several and important critical issues regarding vaccination practice would not only be unethical, but would also open the gates to passively accepting the potential risk to health at the expense of future generations.
